[nptl] New bug found

A new non-conformance to POSIX has been found in NPTL, which results in
a hang in applications which are conformant to POSIX.

This bug is in the pthread_cond_destroy routine, which can succeed and
return while the condvar is still used in other routines. 

This has been reported in BugZilla bug #342. You may find additionnal
information there.
