For people wanting to know more on the SCHED_RR topic, the previous

The current object of the discussion is to find out why the sample
located in the forum thread won't execute as expected -- that is, is our
understanding of the standard wrong, or is the implementation broken?
The problem is that it seems to behave the same way on Linux, Aix5L and
Solaris.

The discution is open...
