I was so excited about posting the program that I forgot the tell you the 
following: it is OK for the program to fail on a single CPU system. 
Hope that was clear when reading the source ;-)

Normally, on a single CPU system no thread at all with prio p should run. 
But that's modulo the printf() in the [i]testdrv_thread[/i] running at
prio p+1. Guess, that in practice, some threads might start, though the 
counter shouldn't be very high...
