[nptl] (announce) New scalability test

A new scalability test has been written for the pthread_create()
routine.

An output graphical sample can be found attached here.
(The numbers correspond to the tests scenarii -- different thread
attributes)

This closes the pthread_create() analysis. Next routine is
pthread_mutex_trylock().
