I'll experiment with this new one tomorrow.

If the results confirm that there is a bug in the kernel scheduler, I
think we can go forward and post the sample program to the appropriate
place (which is..?).

I'll also build a summary of our previous discussions on this topic, in
order for a newcomer to understand the problem without having to read
tons of posts...
