[nptl] Some news

After a long break, here are some general news from the project:

(*) The priority-1 routines analysis is terminated, a global report is
available from http://nptl.bullopensource.org/download.php

(*) A new tool for easing results analysis is born as a separate project
hosted on SourceForge.net: http://tslogparser.sourceforge.net/

(*) The priority-2 routines list has been updated. The full list is
located at: http://nptl.bullopensource.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=24
The first functions to analyse (starting today) are:
 *  getpid 
  * pthread_self 
  * fork 
  * pthread_once 
  * pthread_join

(*) The trace tool for NPTL is in the integration phase: the buffer
mechanism works efficiently (able to write about 15000 tracepoints/sec),
no data is lost with multi-threaded tracing. Next step is to merge this
mechanism into the glibc source tree -- and produce some docs.
