[nptl] Trace tool for RT-NPTL (Robust Mutexes)

Hi Inaky,

We hope to have a first prototype for ia32 of our tracing tool for NPTL soon.
Probably January 2005.
Let us know if you are interested in experimenting with it.
We are looking for more requirements from experts and end-users.

Also, I'd like to have your opinion about providing such a tracing tool for RT-NPTL.
This would require:
  - analyze the internal objects used by RT-NPTL
  - define events
  - put trace points in right places
  - other work that depends on how is built RT-NPTL (Makefile, ...)
But it would reuse a part of the work we do for NPTL.
This could be a joined-work from RT-NPTL people and us.
